The 2024 SBC WG Annual Meeting organizers (SBC WG Coordinator, Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs; Breakthrough ACTION; and the RBM Partnership to End Malaria) reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at the Annual Meeting without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video and may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the organizers of the Annual Meeting including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites,blogs,emails,etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. A person attending the 2024 Annual Meeting event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers by contacting ashley.riley@jhu.edu. By participating in the Annual Meeting or by failing to notify the organizers of the Annual Meeting, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the organizers, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the organizers of the Annual Meeting from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. 

There are no refunds in the event you are unable to attend. However, we are more than happy to transfer your ticket to another attendee. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation or interruption.
